What is Brand Identity?

Brand identity is the visual and conceptual essence that defines a company, creating a unique and memorable impression in the minds of its audience. It encompasses various design elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, all working harmoniously to convey the company's personality, values, and mission. A successful brand identity not only establishes a recognizable visual presence but also fosters a connection with the target audience, distinguishing the brand from competitors. Through my work on logos and one-pagers for diverse companies, I have strived to capture the essence of each brand, translating their vision into compelling and cohesive design solutions that leave a lasting impression and contribute to a strong and impactful brand identity.

Here are some of my favorite works for clients:

Myself!

Concea Designs is web design and graphic design company that I created in 2020 with aspirations of growing my design knowledge and skills. The process for the logo was pretty simple for me. Get a C (for my last name) and a D for design, and lets make people smile. Plus, the logo kinda looks like me too - round head, beard, smile- looks about right!

Gables CPA

This accounting firm wanted to have fun with their logo and brand identity. Bringing in some natural colors and the Miami feel into their company, but did NOT want to use the typical teal and pink from Miami Vice (I know, it's already super overused.) So, after consulting with the team, they wanted to add some smiles as well (seems to be a theme?) Check out the creative process below:

SK Glam Make Up

SK Glam reached out to me for a complete rebrand of her personal make up business. She wanted something simple, yet fresh. The proposal to keep it minimalist was a hit for Skarleht - the owner - so we came up with a nice box frame typography logo that would be easy to transition into stickers, posters, and most importantly for her, social media branding.

SFA Fleet Parts

SFA Fleet parts was a pretty simple business idea, get fleets in Miami and offer them parts that they may need at a much better price. This was a simple one because the client already had their idea on paper. They showed me their absolutely beautiful drawing as seen below, and I got to work! I also added some alternate logos in case they ever wanted to switch it up, or if they wanted more options for their brand.

The Rest of my Stuff

Small businesses have come and go, here are some of the logos I've created for them over the years. No explanation, just design.
